She was born in 2001 in Puerto Tejada, Cauca, and participated 4 years in the Colombianitos programs. Treicy joined Colombianitos with the Empoderamiento Femenino program in 2014 when our programs were held in the community soccer fields of some neighborhoods in Puerto Tejada. In 2017, our intervention goes to the Institución Educativa José Hilario Lópes, where Treicy was a student. She mentions that seeing the arrival of Colombianitos at her school caused her a lot of emotion and she immediately became involved in our Youth Leadership program.
Treicy quickly became a great support in different activities that took place at the school. Thanks to her dedication and effort, she was chosen to be a part of the Colombianitos delegation that traveled to the FIFA Foundation Festival, an event organized by FIFA within the framework of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
In 2018 Treicy graduated from school and is now studying to become a nurse. Her greatest desire is to become a doctor to help people through the health system.
