Our gender equity project “Jugamos en la Misma Cancha'' (We play in the same field) used the power of sports, particularly rugby with pedagogical intentions. as a bridge to social transformation to promote gender equality through overcoming stereotypes, fomenting the respect for human dignity and autonomy from ethics, and training in conflict resolution strategies based on empathy, cooperation, new masculinities, and respect for diversity.
