Hand in hand with the Fundación Bolívar Davivienda we arrived at the Providencia island to benefit 200 students, 100 parents and 10 teachers from the Institución Educativa Concentración Simón Bolívar. 

With the educational community, we implemented the Coexistence and Peace curriculum in boys and girls from the first grade until the fifth grade in primary school, based on three components: sports, psychosocial, and pedagogical.  

In the sports component, we carry out weekly training in the physical education class for boys and girls in the Institution, we delivered soccer sports kits and a closing championship for the participants. 

In the psychosocial component, we do workshops with parents and virtual sessions that involve citizenship competitions to strengthen the strategy that allows the development of skills within the home (including communication, management of emotions, empathy, interpersonal relationships), which promote strategies for a loving upbringing.

Meanwhile, in the pedagogical component, virtual sessions about methodological induction and transfer are carried out through training and updating spaces with the teaching team in charge of the implementation of the “Juguemos por la Paz” (let’s play for peace) method.
