The German who fell in love with mute santandereano and hormigas culonas


19-year-old Noah Christian Jensen, is a young man from Germany who arrived to Colombia approximately 2 months ago to participate in a volunteering as a physical education trainer for Colombianitos Foundation in the Bucaramanga center.
Before settling in Santander, he lived for almost a month in Manizales, but finally fell in love with bumangueses, their gastronomy and their way of living in the so-called “Ciudad Bonita”.

This young German is volunteering as a physical trainer at the Colombianitos Foundation, Bucaramanga center.
He considers that the capital of Santander is welcoming and although people in other cities say that the people of the region are very “Angry”, for him that is not the case, on the contrary, they are cheerful and dance a lot of reggaeton.
Noah Christian Jensen points out that he loves typical food from Santander.

On the other hand, for the young man, who finished his high school studies in his native country, his favorite food is the mute (soup made with meat, vegetables, beans and pasta) and after that, a typical Floridablanca wafer, as he loves the arequipe and the combination with the sweet blackberry and cheese.
